Question 1

How does shipping and tracking work after I buy?

Accepted Answer

Payment happens through hosted Stripe checkout, which collects the buyer’s shipping address. After payment is confirmed, the seller manages fulfillment from the seller order detail page. The seller can mark the order SHIPPED and add a tracking number, carrier, and optional tracking URL. Buyers can follow the order from their dashboard; AxiomQi does not promise live carrier-status polling.

Question 2

When will my tracking number appear?

Accepted Answer

Tracking appears after the seller updates the order with shipment details. Until then, the buyer order page shows that shipment is pending. Shipping timing and handling windows are set by the seller rather than by one marketplace-wide promise.

Question 3

What is the $0.99 listing fee?

Accepted Answer

A flat $0.99 fee is recorded for each listing published as ACTIVE. When a seller creates or publishes a listing, the marketplace creates the listing-fee record and provides the applicable payment link when one is available.

Question 4

How does the 10% transaction fee work?

Accepted Answer

A 10% platform fee is calculated on each successful sale and recorded against the seller payout. It is not added to the buyer’s order total: the buyer-facing total is the product subtotal.

Question 5

Is there a seller subscription too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Seller access is available at $75 per month or $150 prepaid for three months with no auto-renew. The $0.99 listing fee and 10% transaction fee still apply to marketplace activity.

Question 6

How do I request a refund?

Accepted Answer

Email axiomqi@polsia.app with your order number, the email on the buyer account, and the reason for the request. The team reviews the case and replies with the next step. If a refund is approved and issued, confirmation comes through the payment flow.

Question 7

Is there an automatic refund window?

Accepted Answer

There is no automatic refund window or self-serve refund workflow described in the current marketplace implementation. Contact the team as soon as an issue comes up so the order can be reviewed.

Question 8

What can sellers configure on a listing?

Accepted Answer

A listing includes product details, price, inventory, category, images, and a sell-to audience: INDIVIDUAL, RETAIL, or BOTH. Sellers can create a listing from the seller dashboard after marketplace access and onboarding are complete.

Question 9

What do ACTIVE and HIDDEN mean?

Accepted Answer

ACTIVE means the listing is live in the public marketplace. HIDDEN is the product’s DRAFT status in the data model and is shown in the seller UI as “Draft (hidden)”; it keeps the listing off the storefront. ARCHIVED removes the listing from public views while preserving the record for history.

Question 10

Where do I publish, hide, or archive a listing?

Accepted Answer

Use the new-listing page to create a product, then use the individual listing editor to change its publish status. Only ACTIVE listings are available to buyers in marketplace and category views.

Question 11

How do I create and access my account?

Accepted Answer

Create an account at /signup with your name, email address, and password. Sign in at /login, then use /profile for your account profile. A marketplace buyer profile is created with an INDIVIDUAL default and can be updated for retail purchasing when the checkout flow asks for it.

Question 12

What is the path for buying versus selling?

Accepted Answer

To buy, sign in, choose an ACTIVE listing in /marketplace, and continue through hosted Stripe checkout. To sell, apply if needed, choose a marketplace plan, complete seller onboarding, and then create listings from the seller dashboard.
